Book a service

Fastest route is a call or a text — both numbers reach a technician. If it is easier to type it out, the form sends us the vehicle details we need to quote it properly.

Before you call

Do you actually come to me, or do I bring the vehicle to you?
Both, and you pick. Most repairs happen wherever your vehicle already sits — your driveway, your workplace parking lot, a job site, or the shoulder of the road. When a job genuinely needs a lift, a press, or several days on a bench, the work moves to our shop in Spring Hope and we tow it there ourselves.
What areas do you cover?
Spring Hope and the surrounding counties: Nash, Franklin, Wilson, Edgecombe, Johnston, and eastern Wake, plus Halifax, Vance, and Granville for larger jobs and lake-season marine work. If you are near the edge of that, call — the answer is usually yes.
How much does a diagnosis cost?
There is a diagnostic charge, and you are told what it is before we come out. It covers the time and equipment it takes to test rather than guess, and it is the reason you end up paying for the part that actually failed instead of the first one a code mentioned.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. The work we perform carries a labor warranty, and parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. You will be told the terms for your specific job before the work starts, not after.
Do you work on diesel trucks?
Yes — Power Stroke, Cummins, and Duramax. Hard starts, injector and glow plug faults, fuel system diagnosis, turbo and boost leaks, and emissions-related sensor faults. For working trucks we come to the yard or the job site, because downtime is the real cost.
Do you really work on boats?
Yes, and it is a genuine specialty, not a sideline. Outboards, sterndrives, pontoons, bass boats, and jet skis — impellers, lower units, fuel systems, batteries, trim and tilt, plus trailer wiring, bearings, and brakes. We service them at the house or the storage lot, which beats a three-week marina waitlist in July.
