What we collect
When you submit the service request form we collect the name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, and message you choose to provide. When you call or text us we have your phone number. We do not collect anything else about you.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your request, schedule and perform the work, and follow up about that work. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it with anyone except where it is necessary to complete a repair you asked for.
Text messages
If you text us, we will text you back about your vehicle. We do not add you to any marketing list. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop messaging you.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party tracking. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
Retention and access
We keep service records for as long as they are useful for warranty and service history purposes. To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, email jamesjaywilson1994@gmail.com.
