Estimates and pricing
Prices quoted before work begins are based on the fault identified at the time of diagnosis. If additional worn or failed components are found once work is underway, we stop and contact you for approval before continuing. You are never charged for work you did not approve.
Diagnostic charges
Diagnostic time is a charged service. The amount is disclosed before we come out. Diagnosis establishes what has failed; it is not a guarantee that no further faults exist elsewhere on the vehicle.
Warranty
Labor performed by us carries our labor warranty. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Customer-supplied parts are installed without any parts warranty from us, and we may decline to install parts we consider unsafe.
Access and safety
For mobile service, you are responsible for providing safe, legal, and reasonable access to the vehicle. We may decline to work in a location that is unsafe, prohibited by a property owner or HOA, or unsuitable for the repair.
